Services for lenders, CDFIs & credit unions
Senior credit experience without a full-time hire. Practical help with growing a small-business lending program that performs.
90-day pilot
We start small and keep going only if it's working. The pilot takes about one day a week and produces four deliverables:
- A lending diagnostic with prioritized recommendations
- A credit policy update and underwriting templates (credit memo, documentation checklists, committee package)
- A pipeline and outreach plan for your institution's own lending program
- A staff training session on cash-flow analysis, structuring, and credit memos
Starting at $4,500/month for the pilot · Ongoing support starting at $6,500/month · Additional days $750
