- Year-to-date profit & loss statement and balance sheet
- Business debt schedule
- Business bank statements (last 3–6 months)
- Formation documents (articles, operating agreement)
- Personal financial statement
- A short business summary
Please bring documents to the meeting rather than sending them through the website form. Never send Social Security numbers or account numbers through the form or by email.
